Ruby on rails

Requerimientos

Must to have:

• 5+ years’ experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 3+ years' experience managing software teams.
• Experience migrating applications is highly desirable.
• Experience with SQL Data base.

Skills:

• Good communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills are a must.
• Ensuring quality by using unit and integration tests.
• Must understand sprint metrics to know what the team can produce and negotiate sprint deliverables with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Will review existing code and will select components to be upgraded or replaced, and their corresponding replacements.
• Will select tools to speed up the work.
• Will support the project manager in creating an execution roadmap for the project.
• Will review the work executed by the other software engineers on the project.
• Will perform code upgrade tasks.
• Will coordinate with the QA engineers to verify the code is producing the desired results
• Will propose technical solutions.
